Jaclyn founded Pepper to help businesses drive brand awareness and build loyalty by creating genuine connections with customers. With more than a decade of experience in PR and marketing at global agencies and brands, Jaclyn also brings a strong editorial background as a freelance writer. Her work has been published in The Atlantic, and she is a regular contributor to The Everymom.

Jaclyn uses her unique blend of PR and marketing expertise combined with her editorial skillset to deliver strategic, insights-driven results. She holds a master’s degree in journalism from Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Science in journalism and a Bachelor of Arts in English from The University of Kansas.
